Well Hello There ...
I have lived, worked, and volunteered in the Capital District all my life. After retiring from the NYS Department of Health after 20 years of service, I decided to fulfill a lifetime goal of mine of becoming a Real Estate Agent. While at the Department of Health I was a Web Developer and I still own a small Web Design Company called KJK Web Design Services, which will be helpful in this current situation of Internet/technological importance.
Some of the goals of this website is to share my passion of meeting, working and helping those who are looking for someone with whom they can TRUST with their Real Estate needs. My desire is to serve you, not me. Whether it be buying or selling a residential property, renting an apartment or purchasing commercial property as an investment, I am willing and able to commit to your needs.
Another goal for Let's Talk Real Estate is to share mine and others thoughts and experiences in the day to day activities of a Realtor. Eventually I will be adding a Blog to this site, but I decided to start this site now in 2020 as Real Estate is currently experiencing the Coronavirus effects which has temporarily changed the Real Estate Market. I have a page on Questions and Answers which I am hoping you will submit questions to me, and I can answer them. I also have a page on Tips, which I intend to give some inside information on the buying and selling of Real Estate. Also started a page on News to keep everyone up-to-date on some recent changes to laws that affect those currently in process of real estate transactions. I decided ACTION is better than perfection, so this is me starting this site now. It is not perfect.
